By downloading, installing, or using The Good Things Jar app ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The Good Things Jar is a gratitude journaling app that allows you to record daily positive moments. The App stores your entries locally on your device.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• The App offers a free 7-day trial for new users
• After the trial, a paid subscription is required for continued access
• Subscription options: Monthly ($1.99/month) or Yearly ($9.99/year)
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Not use the App for any unlawful purpose

5. Your Content

• You retain ownership of all notes and entries you create
